| 1. Things just don't go together the way you think they should. | 1. Read and follow instructions carefully. |
| 2. Bike leans to the right or left. | 2. Place shims in between frame and belly bracket (for one piece brackets) or in between the 2 pieces of the belly bracket. |
| 3. Bike pulls to the right or left. | 3. Bike and Voyager are not aligned. Loosen belly bracket and align unit. |
| 4. Bike has front-end shake. | 4. Check tire pressure. Voyager tires should be filled to 20 lbs. Motorcycle tires should have normal air pressure. Check air pressure on shocks of motorcycle. Front should have from 5 to 10 lbs. Rear should be almost at max. air pressure. Front tire could be worn or cupped or out of balance. Motorcycle front springs could be worn. Fork bearings could be loose. |
| 5. Voyager unit is making noise. | 5. Check and tighten all bolts. Add grease to rear bearings. Tighten jam nuts. Note: Newer bearing receivers do not have to be greased and do not have a jam nut. |
| 6. Voyager ride seems too loose. | 6. Make sure main mounting bolts are tight. Check pre-load. |
